LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) is an undergraduate course. It is a three- year course, and it consists of 6 semesters. And after successfully completing, all semester student are awarded an LLB degree. And there is a provision of taking a general LLB degree. It is a three-year course but the candidate who owns a graduate degree can only proceed for the LLB course. So basically there are two option for Law course. One is after graduation three-year course and second is a 5-year course after 12th, which is BALLB HONS. Degree.
And after completing the degree, you can peruse for LLB practice. And there is only one difference between LLB and BALLB. And the difference is one year’s time. A graduate in BCOM, BSC, BA can select an LLB course with a minimum of 40% marks and SC/ST for 35% marks.
And in some institutes, there is a presentation criterion for admission and which is like a minimum of 45%-50%.
And it could vary from university to university.
